Shipping Fees

Free Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders over $59 USD

Standard Shipping

  • Orders under $59 USD are charged a standard shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Oversized Items

Some products are classified as oversized due to their dimensions or weight and require special shipping handling. As a result, additional shipping fees apply, even if your order qualifies for free shipping.

Oversized shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the product size:

  • Oversized Product S – additional shipping fee applies
  • Oversized Product L – higher additional shipping fee applies

The exact oversized shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please note:

  • Oversized shipping fees are not included in free shipping thresholds
  • Fees vary by destination and carrier
  • The checkout price is final and includes all applicable oversized shipping charges

Shipping to the United States (DDP)

All U.S. orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.
This means:

  • All customs duties and import taxes are included in the checkout price
  • You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery
  • Your order will be delivered directly to your door

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–15 days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier
  • Shipping time begins once the order has been dispatched, not when it is placed
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays. Orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Important Notes

  1. Undeliverable or Refused Packages
    Due to third-party logistics policies, if a package is refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable because of customer-related reasons, it may be destroyed after multiple delivery attempts instead of being returned to us. In such cases, we are unable to offer a refund.
    We strongly recommend ensuring that the shipping address is correct and that someone is available to receive the delivery.
  2. Address Accuracy
    Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
  3. Shipping Delays
    While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues or customs processing. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

  5. Damaged or Missing Items

International Shipping & Customs

  • International shipping services vary by region
  • Please ensure your full address (including street number and building number) is provided at checkout
  • For destinations outside DDP regions, customs duties or import taxes may apply according to local regulations and are the responsibility of the customer
